Our commitment does not end when you buy an Oceanic product. Long after the initial sale, we provide prompt and professional after-sales service and warranties to keep your gear working well and looking good.

Product Registration

You do NOT need to register your Oceanic+ Dive Housing here. Registration happens automatically through the Oceanic+ app when you first pair your Dive Housing to your iPhone.

Product registration is an important step toward enjoying your new Oceanic Product. Registering helps us facilitate warranty service, and permit us to contact you should your product require an update or other service.

REMEMBER, NOT REGISTERING YOUR PRODUCT DOES NOT DIMINISH YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS.

Please retain your original dated sales receipt for your records. For warranty service of your Oceanic product, you will need to provide a copy of your dated sales receipt obtained from an Authorized Oceanic Dealer to confirm warranty status.

When purchasing online at EU.Oceanicworldwide.com, your packing slip, sent with your shipment, serves as a receipt. If you purchased Oceanic products through an Authorized Oceanic Dealer, their receipt serves as your proof of purchase.

OCEANIC+ DIVE HOUSING LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY

Oceanic+ provides a limited 1-year warranty on the Oceanic+ Dive Housing and related accessories sold by Oceanic. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with the published specifications. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. If the product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Oceanic+ will either repair or replace the product at its discretion, free of charge. The product will be repaired or replaced with a new or refurbished product of equal value. For extended warranty information please see the extended warranty section.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover any damage to smartphones, other electronic devices, or other products used in connection with the Oceanic+ Dive Housing. The user assumes some risk of flooding or other failures when the product is used. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications or repairs. It also does not cover any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of the product.

Warranty Claims: The user is responsible for shipping the product to Oceanic+ for any warranty claim. Oceanic+ will cover the cost of return shipping. To initiate a warranty claim, the user should contact Oceanic+ customer service for instructions on how to return the product. Oceanic+ reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify the warranty claim.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Oceanic+ shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
