Standard Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Oceanic Worldwide product(s) you can return your unused purchase, but please note the following:

• Items purchased online at OceanicWorldwide.com must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• All returns must include original packaging with tags and/or labels.
• Documents: An original receipt or order number must be submitted to complete the return process.
• Items purchased at a physical retailer or on a third-party website cannot be returned through EU.OceanicWorldwide.com and must be returned to the original point of purchase (subject to the point-of-purchase return policy).

Please note: Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

Returning a purchase on eu.oceanicworldwide.com

Go to the Oceanic Worldwide Return Form and complete the information requested. The link to the return form can also be found in your order confirmation email. Shipping instructions are also included in your confirmation email.

1. A Return Authorization number (RA #) will be issued once you have completed and submitted the return form.
2. Print your original receipt and write the RA # on the receipt.
3. Package up your item securely and include the receipt and RA# inside the package.

Please note: Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

Credit

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items and process your credit (excluding original shipping fees) within 1-2 business days. Huish Outdoors is not responsible for items lost in transit.
